LLP, a premier international law firm, where she honed her legal skills across offices in London, New York, Hong Kong, and Kuala Lumpur. Returning to India, she transitioned her focus to policymaking and e-governance, collaborating closely with government representatives to develop inclusive citizen services. Her leadership in digital interventions for “Education for All” programs exemplifies her commitment to leveraging technology for social impact. As the founder of Innovations for Advance Accessibility, she has been a trailblazer in improving accessibility for persons with disabilities across the country. One of her notable initiatives, Project Saksham, received the IVLP Impact Award for creating a sustainable support model for differently-abled children in tribal areas of Madhya Pradesh. Through awareness drives and capacity-building programs, the project reached over 30,000 individuals and trained 800 workforce members, known as Saksham Saarthi, to provide continuous support for early childhood intervention services.
